Quality reports protect everyone. Please follow these standards.

Be truthful

Submit only first-hand experiences or verifiable evidence. False or misleading reports harm legitimate businesses and consumers alike.

Provide evidence

Attach screenshots, order confirmations, and payment proofs whenever possible. Reports with evidence are reviewed and published faster.

Respect privacy

Redact sensitive personal data (full card numbers, addresses, government IDs) before uploading screenshots.

No harassment

Reports must focus on actions and patterns, not personal attacks. Threats, slurs, or doxxing are grounds for immediate removal.

Disclose conflicts

If you are a competitor of the brand you are reporting, disclose this. Coordinated attacks against rivals will be removed.
