How we use information
Data powers our trust index, fraud-detection AI, and community alerts. We may share anonymized aggregates with researchers and law-enforcement partners under strict data-handling agreements.
Data retention
Submitted evidence is retained for as long as the related trust profile remains active. You may request deletion of personally identifiable information at any time via trust@parkscam.com.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to a small number of vetted trust analysts and is fully audit-logged.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
